We have a selection of serviced apartments, ideal for those wishing to self-cater and a great alternative to hotels.
ARC Properties welcome all guests whether on business or leisure and arriving from overseas or the UK.
We can accommodate from one guest up to six visitors. We specialise in offering affordable accommodation to clients who require accommodation for a short stay. Typically, we have guests staying at our apartments who are, for example, IT consultants, lawyers, and production managers working in the media or theatre, who may be staying for a few days or many weeks. We are very close to the Manchester Universities and Business Schools.
Our apartments are located near to all major transport routes. Piccadilly Railway Station is a few minutes walk away, with a direct train link to Manchester International Airport, which is a short 20 minute journey. The Metrolink tram network has stops close to all our apartments.
The apartments are conveniently located to the many attractions that the city has to offer. These include the MEN Arena, Chinatown, and Man Utd FC, the Village/Canal St, theatres, clubs and restaurants. Visit our Useful Links page for further information.
